Temobenz 20mg Capsule contains temozolomide, a medicine used to treat aggressive brain tumours such as glioblastoma multiforme and anaplastic astrocytoma. It is prescribed for patients above 3 years of age and may be used alone or in combination with radiotherapy. It is often continued as maintenance therapy to prevent cancer recurrence. These are the primary uses of Temobenz capsules. The Temobenz capsule dosage depends on age, weight, and medical condition. Doctors may prescribe Temobenz 20mg or 100mg depending on the treatment plan. Always follow the prescribed dose and do not change it without medical advice. Common Temobenz capsule side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, dizziness, fatigue, hair loss, and skin rashes. Some patients may experience vision or hearing problems, elevated blood sugar, muscle pain, or sleep disturbances. Inform your doctor if these symptoms worsen. Use as directed by your physician. Your physician will prescribe an adequate dose according to your height and weight. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water, on an empty stomach. Do not open, crush or chew the capsule and avoid contact of the open capsules with your skin.
