Product Introduction
Tenectelex 30mg injection is an antiplatelet agent containing the active ingredient Tenecteplase. It is indicated to prevent blood clots in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), including unstable angina or myocardial infarction.
This injection is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to any ingredient in the formulation. If you are scheduled for surgery, including dental procedures, inform your doctor before treatment. Due to increased bleeding risk associated with Tenectelex 30mg injection, your physician may recommend discontinuing the medication five days prior to surgery.
Contact your doctor if you develop irregular breathing patterns, including acceleration, slowing, or brief pauses in breathing.
Tenectelex 30mg injection is not recommended during pregnancy or if pregnancy is possible. Women of childbearing potential should use appropriate contraceptive measures while using this medication. If you are breastfeeding, consult your physician before taking this drug.

How it works
Tenectelex 30mg injection works by inhibiting platelet activation and aggregation. It specifically blocks a receptor called P2Y12 on the platelets, preventing them from clumping together and forming blood clots. This helps reduce the risk of heart-related events in individuals with ACS.
How to Use
Tenectelex 30mg injection can be administered only as an intravenous injection into a vein by your physician in a hospital setting. Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition.
