Uniphos 500mg Injection is a chemotherapy medicine containing Cyclophosphamide as its active ingredient. It is used to treat a variety of malignancies, which are cancers caused by the uncontrolled growth and spread of abnormal cells to different parts of the body. Uniphos 500mg Injection is indicated for the treatment of malignant lymphomas, including Hodgkin’s disease, lymphocytic lymphoma, and mixed-cell type lymphoma, which originate in the lymphatic system comprising lymph vessels, lymph fluid, and lymphoid tissues. It is also used to treat leukemia, neuroblastoma, ovarian cancer, retinoblastoma, and breast cancer. In addition, this medicine is prescribed for Minimal Change Nephrotic Syndrome in pediatric patients, a kidney disorder characterized by excessive protein loss in the urine. Uniphos 500mg Injection should not be used during pregnancy or in patients with acute infections, urinary tract infections, urinary outflow obstruction, or bone marrow disorders. Treatment with this medication may increase the risk of immune suppression, bone marrow failure, heart toxicity, kidney toxicity, lung toxicity, and the development of secondary malignancies. Inform your doctor before starting treatment if you have existing kidney disease, immune system disorders, heart conditions, or liver disease.

Uniphos 500mg Injection Injection slows or stops the growth of cancer cells by damaging the hereditary material (DNA and RNA) of the cancer cells. In nephrotic syndrome, it works by suppressing the body’s immune system.

Uniphos 500mg Injection will be administered intravenously by healthcare professionals experienced in cancer chemotherapy. Do not self-administer.
