Product Introduction
Viagra 50mg Tablet is a prescription medicine containing Sildenafil Citrate, used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It works by enhancing blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal, helping achieve and maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity. Erectile dysfunction can be caused by stress, diabetes, high blood pressure, lifestyle factors, or aging.
In addition to treating ED, Sildenafil Citrate is also prescribed under medical supervision to manage pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a rare form of high blood pressure affecting the arteries in the lungs and heart. In this indication, it helps relax blood vessels in the lungs, improving oxygen delivery and enhancing exercise capacity.
This medicine does not increase sexual desire on its own and is not an aphrodisiac. It restores natural sexual response by supporting healthy blood flow. Viagra 50mg Tablet is available only with a valid prescription and should be used under the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional as directed.
Uses
Viagra 50mg Tablet is commonly prescribed for the following purposes: Treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men Management of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) Improved exercise capacity in PAH patients
How it works
Viagra 50mg Tablet works by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, which normally breaks down a substance called cGMP. When cGMP levels increase, the blood vessels in the penis relax, allowing more blood to flow in during sexual arousal—resulting in a firmer, longer-lasting erection. For patients with PAH, Viagra 50mg Tablet relaxes the blood vessels in the lungs, reducing the pressure on the heart and improving physical activity levels.

Viagra 50mg tablet causes some side effects like all medications, although not everyone will experience them.
