Vibro 4mg injection contains vecuronium bromide, a skeletal muscle relaxant. It is given as an adjuvant to general anaesthesia to prepare patients for surgery. The medication maintains immobility by relaxing skeletal muscles during the surgical procedure. It also facilitates relaxation of the throat, easing insertion of an endotracheal tube before surgery. This medication is used as a muscle relaxant across nearly all age groups, including adults, adolescents (2–17 years), newborns, and infants (0 days–23 months). It is also employed to aid in emergency airway management through mechanical ventilation for patients in intensive care units.

Before receiving vibro 4mg injection, it is essential to inform your healthcare team of the following: any prior allergies to vecuronium bromide or other muscle relaxants, reduced renal function or renal disease, heart or circulatory conditions, fluid accumulation, liver or gallbladder issues, oedema (swelling of ankles), and diseases affecting nerves and muscles such as polio, myasthenia gravis, or Eaton-Lambert syndrome.
