Product Introduction
Vitsol Tablet is a mixture of water-soluble vitamins that restores vitamins lost during dialysis. Patients with kidney failure, including those in the predialysis stage, with End-stage Renal Disease (ESRD), and transplant patients, require specialised supplementation due to restricted diet, uremic toxins, and drug-nutrient interactions. Chronic kidney disease is the irreversible deterioration of kidney function, which progresses over years. End-stage kidney disease is the stage at which patients with kidney disease require renal replacement therapy such as dialysis due to irreversible deterioration of kidney function. Lack of appetite and poor oral nutrition intake are common in CKD patients, leading to malnutrition. Dialysis patients are at higher risk of vitamin deficiency due to coexisting disorders, dietary restrictions, metabolic dysfunction, and nutrient clearance during the dialysis procedure. Nutritional care can improve physical function and independence, reduce symptoms, and enhance quality of life for patients with kidney disease.
