Product Introduction

Vivitra 150mg Injection contains Trastuzumab as the active ingredient and is indicated for HER2-positive breast cancer. In patients with HER2-positive breast cancer, the cancer cells express elevated levels of HER2 proteins, which promote rapid tumour development by acting as a growth signal. This medication is also used to treat metastatic gastric cancer with elevated HER2 protein expression. HER2-positive breast cancers are generally more aggressive in nature. The targeted therapy approach works by selectively binding to the HER2 proteins responsible for cancer cell growth, development, and spread. Effective contraception must be used during treatment and for at least 7 months after the final dose. Vivitra 150mg Injection is not recommended for patients under 18 years of age, patients with severe respiratory distress, or those requiring oxygen therapy. Patients with existing cardiac conditions, breathlessness, or prior exposure to other cancer treatments must inform their physician before commencing therapy. All concurrent medications, including supplements and herbal preparations, must be disclosed to the physician prior to initiating treatment with this medication.
