Webace 75mg is a targeted therapy containing palbociclib, a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor used in anticancer treatment. It is indicated for hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor 2 negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The medication is administered in combination with other anticancer agents. Cancer occurs when cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner.

Common side effects associated with Webace 75mg include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, tiredness, hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nose bleed, decreased appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of lips and mouth, changes in taste, dry eye, blurred vision, and increased tearing.
