Xysoft Lotion

Xysoft Lotion is a skin protectant emollient containing Moisturising Lotion as its active ingredient. It is indicated for the treatment of psoriasis, a chronic autoimmune condition characterised by rapid buildup of skin cells resulting in scaly, red patches and inflammation, and eczema, which occurs due to an overactive immune system and may be triggered by stress, allergens, or irritants. This lotion works by improving the skin's moisture barrier, thereby preventing transepidermal water loss and maintaining skin hydration.

Do not use this lotion if you have a known allergy to any of its ingredients. Symptoms of allergic reaction may include skin rash, hives, itching, swelling, or other manifestations. If any of these occur after application, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Review the ingredients list on skincare products before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitive skin.

Xysoft Lotion is also indicated for patients undergoing radiation therapy to protect skin from radiation-induced damage. Radiation therapy can cause skin irritation, dryness, itching, and erythema, which may lead to complications if not managed appropriately.

This product is for external use only and must not be ingested. Avoid contact with the eyes during application. If accidental eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention if required.

Xysoft lotion works by repairing the skin by providing adequate hydration. Adequate moisture in the skin enhances its smoothness and elasticity. It helps in the rejuvenation of the skin by boosting its collagen. It also inhibits inflammation and minimizes itching, redness, and dryness. This lotion prevents the evaporation of water content from the skin and enables the skin to rehydrate from within to maintain skin integrity.

For external use only. It is important to apply enough lotion to cover the entire affected area that needs treatment and to gently massage it into the skin until it is fully absorbed. Avoid contact with eyes. After cleansing, apply Xysoft lotion once or twice daily or as recommended by your doctor.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them. This Xysoft lotion is generally safe to use and won’t cause any side effects. However, if you experience any uncommon side effects, consult your physician for advice.
