Product Introduction
Zelgor 250mg Tablet contains abiraterone acetate as the active ingredient. It is indicated in adult men for the treatment of prostate cancer that has metastasised to other sites in the body. It is typically administered alongside corticosteroid medication to reduce the incidence of adverse effects. When Zelgor 250mg Tablet is used in early-stage disease, it is given in combination with androgen deprivation therapy. This medicine is not suitable for use in women or children. Effective contraceptive measures must be maintained throughout the treatment period. This medicine contains lactose and sodium; inform your physician if you have lactose intolerance or follow a sodium-restricted diet. Inform your physician if you have liver disease, hypertension, cardiac disorders, hypokalaemia, diabetes, allergic conditions, or other concurrent diseases. Disclose all medicines you are taking to your physician before starting Zelgor 250mg Tablet, including over-the-counter supplements and herbal medicines. The most frequently reported adverse effects are peripheral oedema, hypertension, and diarrhoea. A reduction in red blood cell count and decreased libido may also occur with Zelgor 250mg Tablet. This medicine must not be taken concurrently with radium-223, which is used in the treatment of prostate cancer.

How it works
Zelgor 250mg Tablet works by inhibiting the production of hormone testosterone in the body. This can slow the growth of prostate cancer.
How to Use
Zelgor 250mg Tablet medicine should always be consumed as per the direction of your physician or pharmacist. The drug should be taken by mouth. It should not be taken with food. Swallow the tablets whole with water without breaking them. Food must be eaten at least 2 hours before taking the medication and must not be eaten for at least 1 hour after taking the medicine. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not touch this medication without gloves.
Side Effects
Zelgor 250mg side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medical treatment. Although all medicines can cause side effects, everyone will not get them.
