Product Introduction

Zotide One 600mcg Injection contains teriparatide as its active component. Teriparatide is a synthetic form of parathyroid hormone (PTH), which is naturally produced by the parathyroid glands, and is used in the treatment of osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a condition characterised by weakened bones that increases the risk of fractures. Fractures resulting from osteoporosis can significantly impact a patient's quality of life, causing pain and limiting mobility. Zotide One 600mcg Injection 2.4ml works by stimulating the formation of new bone tissue and increasing bone mineral density. This medication has demonstrated the ability to accelerate bone healing in patients with fractures. It enhances callus formation—the initial new bone bridge that develops during the healing process—resulting in faster and more efficient recovery. Patients with known hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to teriparatide or any component of Zotide One 600mcg Injection should not use this medication. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of skeletal malignancies such as osteosarcoma, or those with bone metastases. Use of this medication is not recommended in patients who have previously received radiation therapy affecting the skeleton, due to the potential risk of osteosarcoma development.
